To support effective functioning and focused oversight across its various activities, the Board of Trustees constitutes Subcommittees for specific domains. These Subcommittees function under the authority of the Board and are responsible for monitoring, coordination, and reporting within their respective areas, as defined by the Trust’s constitution and resolutions of the Board.
Subcommittees do not exercise governing authority and operate in alignment with policies and directions approved by the Board of Trustees.
Functioning
Each Subcommittee is headed by an In-Charge appointed by the Board and may include additional members as required. Subcommittees submit updates and recommendations to the Board periodically and operate strictly within the scope assigned to them
